Asbest handler om både sundhed og jura – sørg for at din bolig har en ren ”straffeattest” – få overblik over regler, bøder, tilskud og BBR
Asbesttages levetid på 40-60 år har sammen med nye regler sat gang i udskiftningen. De nye regler for håndtering af asbestholdige tage, træder i kraft 1. januar 2025. Reglerne udfordrer både køber og sælger i en bolighandel, for hvem hænger på ansvaret for asbest i nærmiljøet.
